The slow and gentle nature of this age-old form of stretching will work wonders on your vitality and flexibility in the short, medium and long term. Each part of the body is deeply solicited in a beneficial stretching that lubricates and softens all the joints. Everyone starts from their initial state, without competition, and gradually improves their condition.
